Lose yourself in the sheer beauty of The Himalayas as we explore some of the best hiking trails in the world.
 

Fully immerse your senses through practicing daily yoga, breath work and meditation amidst the snowcapped peaks, as well as learning about the rich culture of Nepal and eating an abundance of delicious fresh Nepali food along the way. 

We will spend time exploring the charming winding streets of Kathmandu and the beautiful, relaxing lakesides of Pokhara for some more adventure or simply, for some well deserved R&R.  

What's included 
during the trek:

  • Airport pickup and drop by car/van/ bus.  

  • All accommodation.

  • Three meals per day,  plus two tea/coffee breaks.

  • 2 x yoga classes per day – morning breath work session and evening slow flow/yin. 

  • Entry permits to Annapurna conservation area, including Poon Hill Park, Gurung museum,
    and cultural dress at Ghandruk.  

  • Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara.  

  • 2 experienced English speaking guides and 5 porters (1 between 2 people).

  • Insurance and medicine.  

  • Duffel bag rental.

  • Two nights accommodation in Pokhara and two nights accommodation in Kathmandu

  • Private transport: hotel-airport-hotel.  

  • All private transport on trek.  

  • Bus from Pokhara to Kathmandu

  • Tims Card (Trekkers Information Management System)  

What's not included

  •  International flights.  

  • Nepal entry visa fee.

  • Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu or in Pokhara in case of early arrival, late
    departure/early return from the mountain.

  • Lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara.  

  • Travel medical insurance and emergency evacuation cost.  

  •  Personal equipment.  

  • Tips for guide and porter (Tipping is expected)  

  • Personal expenses such as beverages, hot showers on trek, water bottle, trekking gear,
    souvenirs etc.  

  • Yoga mat (available to buy for $10 in Kathmandu and Pokhara).

What to expect 

6:00am – 7:00am: Meditation and Breath work
7:00am – 7:30am: Breakfast
7:30:  Begin daily trek
10:30am:  Coffee and snack break
12:30pm: Lunch
1:30pm – 2/3pm: Continue trekking to destination

3:00 – 3:30pm: Check into tea house. Unwind/shower/nap and take in the breathtaking surroundings
5pm – 6:15pm: Relaxing Yin yoga
6:30pm: Dinner

7:30pm: Free time

Trip Highlights  

Trekking Tea House Accommodation:

We will stay in the Tea houses along the trekking route. 
These are family owned guest houses or small hotels.

Home-cooked Nepali meals are served as well as European and western food.  

 

  • Maximum Altitude: 2874m.  

 

  • Sunrise views and Annapurna Himalaya range view from Poon Hill 3210m.  

  • View of world’s 7th highest mountain Mt. Dhaulagiri and
    Annapurna range.  

  • Culturally traditional and typical living practices of Gurung people in Ghandruk Village.

  • Deepening your yoga practice, amidst the sacred energy and stunning backdrop of the Himalayas.

About Sarah:

Sarah has been teaching yoga for 5 years and is particularly interested in the chemistry altering effects that breathwork, conscious movement and meditation have on the body and mind.

 

Her classes are alignment focused with strong feminine undertones. She weaves elements of softness, surrender and connection into her classes to ensure a nurturing space is created in which students can explore their deepest potential.

 

She is currently teaching at the Cliffs of Mother Retreat Centre and runs various yoga in nature events under the name Anam Yoga with Orla Bredin. Sarah is also a herbalism student and hopes to combine these holistic practices in the future.

Sarah and Orla have both spent a significant amount of time in Nepal, both volunteering after the earthquake and exploring the Himalayas. They are so excited to share the magic and richness of this beautiful country to others. 

About Orla:

Orla is a Trauma sensitive Hatha yoga and breath work teacher. She has been teaching since 2019. Orla is passionate about nature and reconnecting with the natural world through yoga, meditation and exploration.

 

Her aim is to make her classes as accessible and inclusive as possible to everybody.

Orla is a social care worker, living in Moy, near Lahinch where she teaches classes locally.
