Week 3: The Power of Visualisation during Lockdown
This week I focused on building the habit of visualisation twice a day. Even if the quality of the visualisation wasn't the best, I just made sure to be consistent.
Also I realised the power of visualisation to set you up for the day. It gives you hope and anticipation for things to come, which are both incredibly motivating. Visualisation can be used as a replacement for negative self talk, helping you rewire your brain and create a mind you're happy to be in.
