Payment + Cancellation
Policy

Life happens and things change! So we will do our best to facilitate any changes, but at the same time, please remember we are a small business, and there are limited spots available for these retreats.

DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE, including to a different retreat. Thank you for understanding.

 

In the unlikely event that any retreat has to be cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another retreat. Pleased do not purchase plane tickets until your retreat is less than 90 days away. Additional info about recommended flights will be sent to you 90 days beforehand.

 

Deposit: Always non-refundable & non-transferable 

Balance Payments: For each retreat, dates for half payment and full payment will be sent to you. Once these payments are made, we can only refund you if we can fill your spot. 

***Once the retreat begins, there are no refunds, no exceptions.***

For any retreats, we highly recommend getting travel insurance in case of any emergency change of plans.

We are always happy to answer any other questions that you might have.

Videography and Photo Release:

There will be photographs and videos taken during each event and possibly used for promotional purposes. By signing up for this retreat, you are agreeing to allow any photographs or videos taken of you to be used on social media or on this website. If you would prefer photos/videos of you to not be used, please let us know.
