Enjoy three nights of bliss in the beautiful surrounds of Wicklow's green vistas. Every day you will start with a mindfulness practice before moving through an energising vinyasa yoga practice, suitable for all levels. Ending each day with.some deeply relaxing and rejuvenating yin and restorative yoga.
Over the weekend you will have lots of time to go exploring the surround areas as you're taken on hikes, to an incredible local sauna and an options river dip, or you can simply sit by the open fire with a good book, enjoy a massage in our stunning country manor or take a nap, before feasting on your next meal freshly prepared by our private chef. All meals are healthy and mouthwatering tasty!
All retreats are intentionally kept to a small group so it's easy for everyone to properly get to know each other and not be overwhelmed by too many people. This is a weekend not to be missed.

8.00am - 8.30am: Meditation, Breathwork & Visualisation
8:30am - 9.30am: Morning Yoga Practice
9.30am - 10.30am: Leisurely Breakfast
11am - 1:30pm: Hike
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Lunch at our retreat home
2:30pm - 5:30pm: Time to chill, read by the open fire, nap, massage or sauna - simply relax!
5:30pm - 7:00pm: Evening Yin Yoga
7:00pm - 8:30pm: Dinner
8:30pm: Free time - Socialise with the other guests, read, watch a movie or enjoy a great nights sleep!
